Interface: LayoutXaxisRangeslider

Range slider (plan E5.9): an overview of all the data under the x axis, with a window over the range in view. Drag the window to pan, its ends to zoom, or click elsewhere to center the window there; the axis range changes with one relayout at the end of the drag. Y axes anchored to an axis with a range slider default to fixedrange: true, as in Plotly.
