Function: writeLinePoint()

function writeLinePoint(c, out, serial, px, py, pz, connectGaps, origin): LineStep;

Experimental

Feed input point (px, py, pz) with source serial serial to the builder: a valid vertex, a gap sentinel (non-finite, unless connectGaps), or nothing (exact duplicate of the previous point — a zero-length segment has no direction, which would break the joins on either side).
