function heatmapColumns(d, top, gapX?, gapY?): HeatmapColumns;

Experimental

The columns of a heatmap top px tall at zmax (see the module comment), their cells inset by the gaps (gapX / gapY: half the gap in data units). Cells without a value have NaN corners.
