Interface: ComponentPointerEvent

Experimental

A pointer event offered to component views before the chart's own hover / zoom / selection handling (see ComponentView.handlePointer). The object is reused between events: read it during the call, don't keep it.

A view that returns false for the move, so that the points under it still hover, may set it too: it then stands for the cursor of the chart's own drag zones (GEO6: 'move' over a map that pans).
