Experimental

A streaming change of one trace (E7.2): count points were added at one end by extendTraces (at: 'end') or prependTraces (at: 'start'), and trimmed points were removed from the other end by maxPoints. Retained points keep their values; their index moves by count for prepends and by -trimmed for extends. Several calls batched into one update are merged.
