Scatter calcdata: linear coordinates per point (NaN where a point cannot be placed).

Views and extremes use it to take the streaming path even when crossTraceCalc reported the trace as changed (the runtime then drops plan.append). stack?	public	ScatterStack	Experimental Stacking (E9.4), set by crossTraceCalc for traces in a stackgroup.
stream?	readonly	unknown	Experimental Streaming storage (E7.2): the arrays above are views into buffers with room at both ends, shared with the calc of the next extendTraces / prependTraces. Absent for a plain calc.
