Arrowheads, as cones. Their tips stop at the node's surface, whatever its size.

Properties

size?	number	8	Length of the arrowheads (lit cones) in CSS px, measured like node.size; a wide link gets a head at least three times its width. Minimum: 0
start?	boolean	false	Draw an arrowhead at the source end of every link.
